Holt and Haskell is a sports company owned and run by sports people.

We pride ourselves on knowing all about the sports we promote, and go to great lengths to provide our customers with the variety and choice of products needed to meet the whole spectrum of ability and a budget. We are as happy to guide a beginner, as a professional with their sporting needs. We take great pride in helping our customers make informed choices whether that be face to face, over the phone, or via the internet. We are known for good frank and honest opinions.

As well as individual customers, we supply many sports clubs, schools and Universities with their sports equipment needs. This ranges from the sports we are known for to all commonly and not so commonly played sports.

We are always looking for innovative ways in which we can help our customers. Our retail customers qualify for a courtesy Cricket Bat or Hockey Stick service. Whilst we either repair a Bat/Stick, or wait for a replacement, we offer a courtesy Bat/Stick so you can carry on playing. This is not currently available to our internet customers, though we are working on it.

Our internet customers will be offered a telephone/e-mail warranty service which will enable us to help diagnose warranty issues using e-mail and the telephone. If customers are able to send us pictures of product they have purchased we can decide the best action before the goods are sent to us. In some cases we can suggest the repair needed, or even arrange to get goods sent directly back to suppliers. This ability will save time, needless replacements, and money.

Even though we have been in business since 1942 we don’t take our customers base for granted. To us every sale is important and every customer is important.
